Our focus is to help men be the best they can be through their style and appearance, but more importantly, we want to encourage men to be the best husbands, fathers, leaders, and world-changers possible. While we will offer an uncompromised standard for quality haircuts and trims, we also want to build relationships with customers, offering them the tools they need to be a great man.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Hair Stylists/Barbers to create flawless haircuts and hairstyles for our customers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Cutting hair using basic and advanced techniques
  • Welcome customers and provide consultation by identifying their style preferences through asking pointed questions
  • Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes
  • Staying up-to-date with styling trends
  • Wash, rinse, dry, and treat customers’ hair using appropriate shampoos,  conditioners, and products (e.g. for oily hair or dry scalp)
  • Cut, trim, and shave hair/facial hair using professional equipment
  • Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences
  • Manage bookings and serve walk-ins
  • Ensure the tidiness of stations and sterilize tools, as needed
  • Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
  • Apply unforgettable customer service

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience as a Hair Stylist, Barber, Hairdresser, Colorist or similar role
  • Experience with cutting techniques for men with clippers and shears.
  • Ability to demonstrate a High-n-Tight or Skin Fade.
  • Willing to learn and become proficient at Flat-tops.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths
  • Familiarity with hair treatment products and services
  • Up-to-date with industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Valid license from a cosmetology or barber school

A REWARDING CAREER

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $35,000 – $65,000 per year

  • 10 hour shift

  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
